Personal Data Processed by Nacon Invest SRL

  • General Information: name, surname, home address, email, phone number, date of birth, age, citizenship, personal numeric code (CNP), workplace, birth certificate, identity document information, signature, nationality, gender, family members’ data;
  • Contact Data: phone number, email address, home or residence address;
  • Billing and Payment Data: billing address; bank account number; card number; cardholder name; card validity date; card expiry date.

Legal Grounds for Personal Data Processing

Personal data will only be processed where there is a legal basis established by national or European law. Special categories of personal data, such as health data, will only be processed when:

  • The data subject has given explicit consent;
  • Processing is necessary for the performance of obligations and rights related to employment and social security;
  • Processing is necessary to protect vital interests of the data subject or another person when consent cannot be given;
  • Processing relates to personal data that has been manifestly made public by the data subject;

Retention Period of Personal Data

Nacon Invest ensures the confidentiality of personal data in accordance with the consent given by the data subject and with legal provisions. Access to confidential information is restricted to individuals who need it for the fulfillment of legal relations with Nacon Invest and are bound by confidentiality obligations.

  • Service-related data: stored for the duration of the service contract;
  • Billing and payment data: stored for 10 years according to Law no. 82/1991 on accounting;
  • Video surveillance and phone call recordings: stored for 30 days;
  • Phone call recordings: stored for 6 months;
  • Uploaded documents on the site: stored for 30 days, then automatically deleted;
  • Marketing purposes: processed during and after the contractual relationship. Data will no longer be processed if consent is withdrawn.
  • Personal data may also be processed for the duration of any legal obligation or other legal basis, in accordance with Article 6 of the GDPR.

  • Right to rectification: To correct inaccurate personal data;
  • Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten");
  • Right to restriction of processing;
